Presentation

As a key element to the success of any creative project, collaboration and team management are at the core of the Creative Collaborations and Leadership module. Targeting independent creatives or those working in agencies (such as graphic designers, industrial designers, interaction designers or photographers), the program is taught in collaboration with the EHL.

The module is based on a multidimensional approach that combines theoretical concepts, case studies, practical exercises, and collaborative activities. Offering tools to improve communication skills and self-confidence, the program will teach the participants how to effectively manage the collaborative aspects of a project with their clients and teams.
With the support of personal leadership methods, interpersonal relationship management, decision-making, and conflict resolution, the attendees will acquire the necessary skills to excel in group dynamics and develop a sustainable growth strategy for their projects. At the end of the 5-week course, they will be able to confidently guide and inspire their clients and teams.
