On Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 5pm, the 7th edition of the limited cuvée "lâche-moi la grappe" will be tasted and sold at the Vinothèque du Château de Glérolles.
To honor Pierre Keller’s major contribution to the reputation of ECAL and the promotion of Vaud wines, we are pleased to invite you to the launch (tasting and sale) of the 7th edition of the limited cuvée “Lâche-moi la grappe” on Thursday, 25 September 2025 from 5 pm at the Vinothèque of Château de Glérolles.
Based in Lavaux, where he chose to live surrounded by the calm of the vineyards, Pierre Keller often collaborated with the Frères Dubois, particularly through their work with the Office des vins vaudois. They discovered in him a man who could be both brilliant and incisive when defending Vaud wines, and joyful and festive when sharing them. This blend of rigor and generosity, qualities also essential to the work of winemakers, resonates deeply in this 7th cuvée entrusted to this emblematic Lavaux estate. It stands both as a tribute and an invitation to celebrate these values.
Proceeds from the sale will contribute to the Pierre Keller Prize, awarded to an ECAL diploma project of outstanding commitment.
