On Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 5pm, the 7th edition of the limited cuvée "lâche-moi la grappe" will be tasted and sold at the Vinothèque du Château de Glérolles.
To honor Pierre Keller’s significant contribution to ECAL’s reputation and the promotion of Vaud wines, we are pleased to invite you to the launch (tasting and sale) of the 7th edition of the limited-edition cuvée “Lâche-moi la grappe” on Thursday, September 25, 2025, starting at 5 p.m. at the Vinothèque du Château de Glérolles in Saint-Saphorin.
Based in Lavaux, where he had chosen to live surrounded by the tranquility of the vineyards, Pierre Keller often crossed paths with the Dubois brothers, particularly through their collaborations with the Office des vins vaudois. They came to see him as a man capable of being both brilliant and incisive when defending Vaud wines, yet also joyful and festive when sharing them. This blend of rigor and generosity, qualities that are equally essential to the work of winemakers, is fully reflected in this seventh vintage, produced by this iconic Lavaux estate. It is intended as both a tribute and an invitation to celebrate these values.
Proceeds from the sale will fund the Pierre Keller Prize, awarded to a particularly committed thesis project at ECAL.
