The film had to feature a fictional or real-life actor who functions as a double of the author, even though he or she is a stranger.
This character had to differ in many ways from the student (social background, age, political opinion) but share with him or her a fundamental truth (values, history, neurosis, etc.).
Finally, the film had to highlight this common area without it being the main object of the film.
