During two weeks of complete immersion, the students went to meet the filmmaker Gianfranco Rosi (Below Sea Level, El Sicario Room 164).
On the shooting locations of his next feature documentary, the GRA (Grande Raccordamente Annulare de Roma), the filmmaker explained his working method, from the location scouting to the first shootings. He also discussed the different technical constraints (sound, image), linked to his work alone.
The students worked on shooting locations, sketching a story in "real life" situations. These films were entirely shot, edited and presented on location at the Swiss Cultural Institute.
