Maximilien Pellegrini – Artefact Analogique

Artefact Analogique is a photographic study and observation work defining and questioning the image development process. Images are put together using various predefined forms and tools, which have been selected according to their graphical potential. After this allocation, a merger process is put into place. Once this has been done, the result is subjected to analogical phenomena such as projection, reflection, rotation and vibration, causing visual reactions.

A Copy is a Meta-Original

Redefine/rearrange an old socialist photography magazine. Each student had one year of the magazine, they form groups and work on several years together. The text is completly ignored. Only the Images reappear. The are used in a completly different way then before: Which means they should rearrange, cut, collage them: make something completely new, out of the given material. In the end of the workshop every student had a clip-stitched Magazine of 32 Pages. They all be bound as a book.
