Taking as its starting point the evolution of the arbitrary conventions of the group show — thematic, aesthetic, geopolitical, or generational groupings —t he exhibition poses a simple question: What can still bring together works that share neither form, subject, nor program?

Here, the school serves as both a space and a temporary connection — a source of collective inventiveness — where practices, genres, and ideas develop through proximity and influence, without seeking to create unity or guarantee a sense of community.
