Tamara Raca – Alter
In this technological world in which everything is machine made, it is important to keep traditional craftsmanship alive. This project aims to highlight the contrast between past and future by combining various crafts with modern production techniques. By highlighting clean lines and geometric forms, my project is guided by simplicity, aesthetic balance and a modernist influence. Using Ena Ona’s interchangeable heel patent, the shoe reveals a different aesthetic by emphasising the heels and reinterpreting various artisanal techniques.
