Nowadays only 30 to 60% of people are truly responsive to one-size-fits-all industrial tablets. Recently pharmacists have proven the possibility of additive technologies to produce personalised tablets with high precision dosage. In the future, tablets (“imprimés”) can be produced in your local pharmacy. Software generates your “imprimés” according to your personal clinical data requirements (dosage, release profile and number of active substances), which are then 3D printed.
