Galbanum

Myriam Bonaglia – Galbanum

« Galbanum is a multisensory installation inspired by English gardens. These spaces are places for observation, reflection and contemplation, which are constantly wavering between the natural and the cultural, actually only suggesting the appearance of freedom through a non-hierarchised choreography of space. Forever changing from being captivating to disgusting in their development, plants can be a source of conflicting sensations. As I am fascinated by the analogy our subconscious produces between colours and smells, I imagined this work as an immersive experience from multiple perspectives. »
