A director returns to his home town to shoot a fictional film about delinquency. During the revision of the sets the day before the shooting, he perceives a disturbance in the distance, in the mountains which surround the city. That night a heavy rain began to fall. In the days that follow, the torrent from the mountains causes rivers to overflow, destroying the city as well as the dream of his film.
