Maéna Hirt – Pauvre Pauvre Astrid
"Set in a small unnamed town, Timothy disappears during a local festival. One year later, Astrid meets her friends to attend the annual trout festival. But as they approach it, her friends disappear one after another. Astrid then finds herself alone in a town that suddenly seems to have been emptied of all life." Poor Poor Astrid explores the social gaze and the consequences of becoming invisible. Through a surreal quest interwoven with fragmented memories of Timothy, Astrid is confronted with her own disappearance and tries to find her place in a world that seems to have stopped seeing her.- Students
