Perched on the top floor of a small tower, a sick old man slowly passes away, cared for by a nursing auxiliary. A silent young man shares the apartment; he drifts through space, quietly witnessing the old man's last moments. This short film is the continuity of a research that started last year through a documentary project following the daily life of a retired couple living in seclusion at the top of a building for several months.
