Lucie De Martin – t-Plates

With the increase in home deliveries, the accumulation of single-use packaging is becoming a problem. While biodegradable items are the trend, new laws are being considered to ban them because of their non-recyclable nature. The most promising alternative therefore seems to be reusable tableware.

t-Plates are reusable boxes for food delivery. The aim of the project is to significantly reduce the amount of waste and to accompany users towards more environmentally-friendly consumption. In order to ensure that the ecological message is consistent, the use of plastic materials is replaced by materials such as steel, textile or rubber. The shape of the proposed containers and elements is a synthesis of the requirements.
